At closing, each homeowner received a copy of the Homeowners Association’s Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions, originated by Pasquinelli Builders. Please review them.

If you cannot find your copy, Association Property Management can e-mail or send one to you.

A few reminders:

PET WASTE:  Please be considerate and clean up after your dog! There have been many complaints about waste being left on sidewalks and in neighbors’ yards.

CIGARETTE BUTTS:   This has become a problem in the single-family home section. If you are a smoker, please do not flick your cigarettes. Crush them out and dispose of them safely.

TRASH RECEPTACLES:  All trash receptacles shall be located and stored in such a place as to be not visible from any ground level location in the property, except on days of garbage collection.

WATERING:  Please remember that everyone is responsible for watering both the lawn and bushes in their areas, as stated in the Declarations. It only takes a few minutes and a few gallons of water to keep your area green and thriving.

These items are also covered by Village ordinance. Fines can be assessed by both the Village and the HOA:

COMMERCIAL VEHICLES:  Commercial vehicles must be parked in garages and may not remain on driveways.

PARKING ACROSS SIDEWALKS:  Vehicles must not block sidewalks.
